dudeyoujustrescuedapuppy asked: How many followers do you have? (I’m not the same anon I’m just trying to be the first to be non-anon and trying to be polite) c:
Wow. I feel you should get some kind of award for being brave enough to ask this question off anon!

And to answer your question: We’re sorry, but we do not divulge the number of followers we have. We feel that inquiring about the number of followers a blog has is an arbitrary method of ascertaining its worth. We liken this question to other inappropriate questions, such as “Have any of your admins been published?” or “How old are all of you?”. The idea that these sorts of questions are pertinent is, we believe, erroneous. Either the advice we give helps you grow as a writer or it doesn’t. No amount of demographic information should have any bearing on that.
Furthermore, we choose to be anonymous, and keeping our follower count private is part of that anonymity. We apologize if this seems over-dramatic or unfair, and we understand your curiosity; however, we’re simply not going to make that information public (or give it out in a private response, or in a tinychat, or by any other method).
Thank you for your question!
